A Bit About Me
YOUR TOP MUSIC TEACHER
For me, teaching is a passion; I live and breathe it. Since 1982, I’ve provided students in NSW with extensive private teaching services in a number of different fields. I take pride in teaching people who are eager to expand their minds, talents, and skills, and bring a depth of professional expertise to those who strive to excel. My background also includes trumpet performance with The Australian Chamber Orchestra, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, The Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra as well as numerous other ensembles and companies. I have trained brass students for high level entry to both secondary and tertiary institutions for their own personal pursuits in music education and am very proud of their accomplishments!
I offer personalized classes at affordable prices and use my specialized lessons to improve areas of difficulty. I also introduce students to new subjects, helping them advance to higher levels of understanding. Contact me to see how I can be of service to you.
Lessons I Provide
Success in learning frequently depends on finding the right music teacher.; someone who knows the subject well and understands how to inspire others. My teaching style focuses on skills training, but also emphasizes self-exploration and discovering a passion for something new. As well as holding a Bachelor of Music degree from Sydney Conservatorium of Music I also have a Cert 4 in Disabilities so am able to teach people with special needs as well as advanced players. WIND INSTRUMENTS
CUSTOMIZED LESSONS TO FIT YOUR NEEDS
I have extensive experience in teaching wind instrument technique and have been working in schools throughout my life training and conducting school bands. Lessons are available on clarinet, flute, sax etc at beginner level. Being a brass specialist I am able to take you to a higher degree of proficiency with brass instruments.
